"PYF is a great option for personal training. Coach Pam creates custom workout programs for each individual. She is supportive and motivational without being a harda$$. The gym environment is fun. No intimidation here. Class sizes are small, so clients receive the individual attention they deserve. I look forward to every training session!"

"Started going to Pam back in the Edufit days and then reconnected with her last year when I saw that she opened her own studio. The times I was most fit in my life was when I was working with her as my trainer. She is knowledgeable, professional and motivating and she will 100% help you achieve your fitness goals."

"I recently started working out with Pamela, at first I was skeptical because I didn't know her any one who went there. I went off some reviews about her that I saw online. Prior to working with her, I was in so much pain. I tried physical therapy and other means of managing pain, but nothing worked. It has only been two months since I started working out with her and the pain have significantly decrease and there is a noticeable change in my body composition. Pam as a person is very positive, and working out with her is always a blast. She is very flexible when it comes to financial arrangement, which is convenient for me since I am a broke college student."
