"I been using personal trainers for the last 15 years. By far Pam has been the best, most knowledgeable, and most caring of any personal trainer that I have used. I've been in IT for many years, which means my body gets thoroughly trashed, and has some unique issues. Therefore I need a trainer who can do functional training, in additional to strength training. I'm dealing with neck, lower back, shoulder, posture, wrist issues, etc. since I'm in front of computer terminal 8-10+ a day. Trainers that can do functional training, in addition to strength training are very rare. Pam is one of them. Without Pam, I would not be able to continue working. "

"I've been working out with Pam for over 4 months now, and find working out with her a very valuable part of my week. Her class sizes are small (around 2-3 people), with workouts just under an hour. Despite working out with others, she keeps me fully engaged with strength training during the classes, and I find small group training to be a fun and more cost-effective way of getting a complete workout. She is very much invested in each client and makes it clear that she really cares. She is very big on form to prevent injuries, and will work around any injuries her clients currently have. She is also flexible and accommodating around my schedule. I'm grateful to have this opportunity to train with her. Thanks Pam!"

"I have enjoyed working out with Pam on and off for more than 15 years! This is the kind of training I like...she shows you what to do, then watches to make sure you are doing it correctly and adjusts if needed. She doesn't stand over you and shout at you. There is rarely more than 4 people in the gym at one time so you have her undivided attention. Prices are reasonable and the hours are convenient. I could easily work out on my own, but I enjoy the atmosphere and I like the fact she changes up the routine and exercises for me to keep it fresh. I highly recommend Pam! "
