"In the four months I've been working with Pam, I have made more progress towards the body I want than 5 years going to the gym myself, including taking group fitness classes. She knows exactly what to do to get your body to look good! I also used to get pretty severe neck stiffness from working at the computer all day and Pam has solved that problem too by isolating different muscles and strengthening weak areas. I cannot express how great I feel now and how much of a difference I notice. You won't go wrong working out with Pam at Pamela Young Fitness!"

"After my c-section surgery I was having a bunch of issues with my back, hip and foot - I also gained a lot of weight in the year following… after trying physical therapy and another trainer I wasn’t seeing any improvement until I found PAM! She literally changed my life in just one month and I can’t wait to keep training with her. I’m feeling so much better already…plus so strong! Pam is so knowledgeable in what she does and always continues to push me and believe in me. It is the perfect environment for me… only a few people in her private gym and she has your program ready, guides you, and shows you the correct form for everything. Highly recommend her to anyone! "I love training with Pam. I love her setup. She has all the machines you may need. I go to the gym for 2 1/2 hours and I don't burn as near as much calories than with only 50 minutes in a session with Pam. She will help you get wherever you need to go."
