"I have been fluctuating between obese and morbidly obese for the past decade or so. I have tried crash diets, exercise, and personal trainers. When I got really serious this time, I looked for someone to hold me accountable. Pam is an excellent personal trainer. Her first question was about my goals, and she immediately set out to meet me where I was. She spent a good amount of time prepping me to really get into the exercise that would help me meet my goals, which is so important when you weight as much as I do. She made sure I wasn't going to hurt myself, set me up with better habits, and worked me slowly up to doing the HARD work. Currently, I am down 20 lbs, and losing more every week. In my time with her, I have seen incredible results. I am feeling so much better, and we've recently started on the weight loss portion of it. She has been patient, supportive, and an excellent cheering section, but firm where needed. She is interested in long term results and relationship building. I really enjoy the energy that she brings to the table. I love the gym itself. It's very clean and it has all you need to get in a really good workout without doing the same thing every time you go. I don't like being at the center of attention in a workout, so the fact that there are one or two other people there lets me straddle the 'getting into the zone' part of the workout with corrective exercise and accountability. The people are excellent too. Pam really works with you to find a good time to schedule. For anyone looking to lose weight, get in shape, or develop better habits, Pam is your lady. She is an excellent trainer with a good program and a very good partner in your journey. If you put in the consistent work and stay honest with her, she is going to get you the results you desire, no matter what your goal."

"Pam is such an amazing trainer!! She really knows her stuff and creates personalized routines based on each client's unique fitness needs. I started seeing results after only a month of working out, and feel so much better as a result of Pam's training! Pam is so friendly and fun to work out with, and so accommodating when scheduling appointments. Highly recommend!!"

"Pam guides your work out to correct your posture, taking you at your pace and focusing on what you need. She has the latest equipment, and and there is never more than around 3 or 4 people at a time. You never have to wait for a machine, and Pam is watching to make sure you have the correct form. You think you are getting a work out, but you are building your structure for the rest of your life...I finally found a way to work out that I can stick with. Pam is awesome, I even like her playlist!"
