"I have enjoyed working out with Pam on and off for more than 15 years! This is the kind of training I like...she shows you what to do, then watches to make sure you are doing it correctly and adjusts if needed. She doesn't stand over you and shout at you. There is rarely more than 4 people in the gym at one time so you have her undivided attention. Prices are reasonable and the hours are convenient. I could easily work out on my own, but I enjoy the atmosphere and I like the fact she changes up the routine and exercises for me to keep it fresh. I highly recommend Pam! "

"I've started training with Pamela for about 5 months. She has already improved my injured shoulder, by knowing what was necessary for improvement by strengthening! Never thought my injured shoulder would improve more than physical therapy. When you're in her gym, it is like being with family. Every client she has is so welcoming. Pamela notices the unique and critical importance of your personal training among others while training others at the same time which is impressive. Very high beat energy that everyone needs in life and she is definitely one to make workout sessions fun and so well focused! You're amazing and so professional at what you do! :) You see the potential in everyone!!"

"Very glad my husband introduced me to training with Pam at PYF. This is a ZERO judgement zone. Pam trains all kinds of people in small classes of 2-4 at a time and customizes the workout to the individuals' goals and limitations. She is a cool real person who is supportive and enthusiastic. Additionally, she is well versed in training men vs. women with their different needs and goals. My posture, balance, and strength are so much better and I appreciate the concern Pam has for focusing on exercises that improve my chronic lower back issues. The only regret I have is not starting training with her earlier!"
