"Great gym! Great location! An amazing trainer! Pam is very knowledgeable about training and diet. She will help you get in shape or stay in shape . If you have specific goals, she can focus your training on those goals. She keeps her training personal by limiting the number of clients in a session so you will get truly personal training. She also makes it fun - well almost fun - to work out. Seriously, a great trainer. Sign up. You will not be disappointed."
