"I have been working out with Pam consistently for three years and am pleased with the level of attention and guidance that can only come with her many years of personal training. What makes Pam a great trainer is her intuition. She listens Carefully_Considers your personal fitness goals and tailors programs to get you to where you want to be. She is always aware of each client's physical limits and always pushes them while balancing the need for safe and proper form.__Her instruction goes beyond just working out, and advises her clients on proper diets. In fact, she made me a month-long diet plan with practical options for lunch and dinner. She really goes above and beyond for her clients in order to ensure they meet their personal fitness goals.__Her facility is always neat and the clientele are friendly and inviting. She really takes pride in her work and it shows. Pam's gym isn't just a place to workout; it's a community of people that get together to break a sweat, have fun, and reach their goals together.__If you're committed to your fitness and well-being, you'll find no better instructor, motivator, and supporter than Pam. "Awesome fitness trainer !!!!(a.k.a. superwoman )awesome location!!!! Shes been working with me rehabing my shoulder and back. Shes great with listening to you with what your goals and concerns are and then creates a program that will help you overcome and achieve them. Its been a great experience with Pam. "Great gym! Great location! An amazing trainer! Pam is very knowledgeable about training and diet. She will help you get in shape or stay in shape . If you have specific goals, she can focus your training on those goals. She keeps her training personal by limiting the number of clients in a session so you will get truly personal training. She also makes it fun - well almost fun - to work out. Seriously, a great trainer. Sign up. You will not be disappointed."
